The article deals with the specifics of the functioning of the city text in the book of Peter Vail "Genius of Place" (1999); reveals a motivic-shaped complex of Spanish urban texts; defines their basic semantic constants, due, on the one hand, ethnographic stereotypes and genre-style traditions of travel prose, on the other hand, – philosophical and aesthetic settings of the author; reconstructs the individual-author's version of the unified image of Spain.

The article considers the specifics of Internet communication in “Museum of Water. The Venetian Diary of the Twitter Epoch” (2016) by Dmitry Bavilsky, defines the role of social networks in the text-creation process, which determines the selection of material, the plot-compositional structure of travel, the nature of aesthetic communication, and, ultimately, the genre specificity of a travelogue-montage that unites various types of network information on its pages.

In this article the representation of Parisian text in The Letters of Russian traveller by N.M.Karamzin and The Genius of Place by P.Vail is considered. The comparison of two travel allows to speak about the unity and continuity of this supertext. Particular attention is paid to the differences in the worldview of both writers, to determine the difference in the perception of Paris and its artistic expression.

The article is devoted to the analysis of temporal structure in Mikhail Shishkin's novel “Pismovnik”. A characteristic feature of the poetics of the novel is the intentional universalization of time, which is seen in connection with the philosophy of eternalism. Particular attention is paid to identifying eternalist temporal patterns in the novel. The analysis of art time is consistently connected with con-sideration of narrative structure of the novel.

In modern drama and theater the intense search of new communication forms capable of maximum convergence of theater and reality occurs. The ultimate goal of these searches is psychotherapy of the global anthropological crisis that modern man feels in the era of consumption. The example of E. Grishkovets's narrative (mono)drama covers such popular communication tactics as shifting to middle-addressee, searching the typical hero of actual time, blurring of the subjective boundaries between author, hero and addressee, universalizing the meanings in the world of the play, appealing to different media formats, etc.

В статье анализируется механизм пародийного переосмысления жанровой традиции сентиментального путешествия в романе-путешествии А.Ф.Вельтмана «Странник». Следуя фикциональной стратегии «Сентиментального путешествия по Франции и Италии» Л.Стерна, в своем произведении Вельтман создает пародию на сентиментальную жанровую модель и готовит почву для утверждения противоположной повествовательной парадигмы в жанре путешествия, связанной с установкой на объективизм.

Данная статья посвящена анализу фикционального режима повествования в «Письмах русского путешественни-ка» Н.М.Карамзина. Опираясь при создании своего произведения на жанровый опыт западноевропейского «просветитель-ского» и «сентиментального» путешествия, Карамзин объединил в тексте две повествовательные стратегии – фактографи-ческую, направленную на калькирование фактографии реальных событий и реальных лиц, и фикциональную, утверждаю-щую художественный вымысел в качестве адекватной альтернативы реальному факту. Опора на традицию сентименталь-ного путешествия Л.Стерна привела к «легализации» художественного вымысла, диалогизации отношений героя и повествователя и повышению условности эпистолярной формы повествования. Утвердив существование вымышленного собы-тия и вымышленного героя в фактографическом жанре путешествия, «Письма» Карамзина способствовали выходу путешествия в зону романной структуры.
